1. General

These terms of purchase (the “Agreement” below) are adapted for the sale of services and digital goods (“products” below) on the Internet (distance selling). Mysteries of Style (Organization number: 198212208840 ) is the selling party (“we”/“us” below). The Purchasing Party is referred to as the “Customer”/“Buyer” in this Agreement. With us, you, as a customer, can easily place an order at www.mysteries-of-style.com (“Website” below).

2. Order

Mysteries of Style receives your order when you click on the “Complete Purchase” button at checkout. By clicking on the “Complete Purchase” button, you, as a customer, also accept payment responsibility for your order.

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you ordered. In the confirmation, you will find all information about your purchased products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via email at mysteriesofstyle@gmail.com.

3. Payment

With us, you can choose from the following payment options:

– Card payment with VISA or Mastercard
– PayPal

Card payment is provided by Stripe and is done by encrypting the credit card number and transporting it directly to the bank. Stripe uses the SSL standard, which is among the most secure systems for e-commerce transactions. This means that no unauthorized person can access your credit card information.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including 25% VAT, according to the current tax rate (unless stated otherwise).

We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Fulfillment

Mysteries of Style begins fulfilling this agreement after you click the “Complete Purchase” button at checkout. Mysteries of Style has fulfilled its part of this agreement when you have received full delivery of the ordered products and they are in your possession. You, as a customer, have fulfilled your part of this agreement when you have paid in full and received delivery of the ordered products in the manner agreed.

6. Delivery

Direct link to the digital product you purchased will be sent to your email address within a few minutes of completing the purchase.

7. Sharing

It is forbidden to share direct links to our products with people who did not buy the product themselves. A purchased product is intended for only one person, i.e., the buyer. Unauthorized use of our services or copying and plagiarism gives rise to a claim for damages or can be classified as a crime. Violation of the terms of use results in immediate suspension from the service. The price that has been paid for the product is not refundable.

8. Right of Regret/Refund Policy

The right of regret does not apply to digital products that are downloaded or used online; e.g., ebooks, audiobooks, online books, online courses, games, or computer programs. Digital products are classified as a service that cannot be returned, as these products are categorized under so-called direct consumption.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to use of the product.

We do not accept responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, and reduced or no delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

10. Product information

We reserve the right to make printing errors on this website and stop the sale of specific products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.

11. Cookie Information

According to the Electronic Communication Act, visitors to a website must, for privacy purposes, be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to follow a user’s browsing data. 12. Personal data

By shopping at Mysteries of Style, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal basis.

Mysteries of Style is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to be able to handle your order and in those times when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers—in order to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

14. Dispute and choice of law

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
